Essential Oil for Cold/Flu Season

My husband and I have a goal and that is to prevent mental and physical issues. We do various things to prevent the cold and flu and I am happy to report we have been successful. Using our Germ Warrior essential oil in a diffuser during the cold and flu season is just one of them.

Germ Warrior was blended by my husband using the following organic essential oils.

  • Eucalyptus/Lemon (Eucalyptus Citriodora)   
  •  Clove Bud (Syzygium aromaticum)
  • Cinnamon (Cinnamomum)
  • Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis verbenone)

While each essential oil aids with various issues only those associated with cold and flu will be mentioned.

Benefits of Eucalyptus/Lemon

This blend of Eucalyptus and Lemon actually comes from a lemon scented gum Eucalyptus plant found in Australia.

Suggested Uses

Use in a diffuser (always follow instructions for your diffuser.) Inhale from the bottle, use on a diffuser bracelet or necklace, put a few drops on the pillow case, add a few drops to a pot of hot water and place a towel over your head making a tent over the pot with the towel, add a few drops to a piece of clothing and inhale as needed.

Warning: May cause eye or skin irritation discontinue use if this occurs. Do not use on children under 7 years of age.
