Instruction for Use

This blend can be used to relieve breathing issues from allergies and asthma and is not meant to take the place of anything prescribed by a health care professional.

• Rub a drop on either side of the nose
• Inhale directly from the bottle
• Put a few drops on a piece of cloth and inhale
• Put a drop on the palm, rub together, place your hands over your nose and inhale
• Put a drop on the collar of your shirt and inhale as needed
• Follow the directions on your difusser for use in difusser
